Book Chat # 1:

I was reading something on GoodReads and out of nowhere, a thought came to me. More like a question really. How do I choose the books I read?

I realize that I choose my books usually by their cover. Sure, it's the description that makes me want to read a book but I'd only ever pick up a book to read it's description if I see it has an intriguing cover. Which is unfortunate really because someone's obviously not sticking to the saying "Never judge a book by it's cover".

But ever since I joined GoodReads, I've realized that sometimes even the ugliest or simplest looking books have the best content, much like people. Hence I'm trying to limit my constant judgment but it gets difficult sometimes to do so. I mean... look at this cover! It's gorgeous!
